This can lead to all sorts of interesting things. It's fun to mess around with. All you need is access to the bridge or some endless void. Having a sword makes it easier because you can line it up horizontally with the screen when you pause, and you'll know you've done it correctly. At that point, press START, X, and then B, and that'll do a soft reset on the game, thus starting the title screen fun stuff.

Not much you can do with this, as it ends in a dead end, but, like I said, it's fun to do if you enjoyed the Bulbin fight.

Epona doesn't come with the horse grass, but she's usually standing right in the field, so you can just get on her that way.
