While there are 30, 40, and 60 stamina versions of his fight, most people will only need to beat his 60 stamina once to get their Rainbow Armored Crab. After that, you can just farm his 40 stamina version which is much easier. Remember that Carina will preemptively buff your ATK and Orb Affinity, so you can't use specials such as INT Robin or Doflamingo to boost your damage. Conditional Attack boosters of all kinds are incredibly useful here.
