I skipped last week's Weekly - I wasn't in the mood to do a hard annoying one.

Your only light source is a Glowstick, and in a lesser way, the DOTS pen. Playing solo, you won't be able to detect Orbs because the only camera is on headgear. So you also won't be able to confirm Goryo, because their DOTS is only visible in a camera. Otherwise, this challenge isn't too hard. Be careful about Freezing Temps, though - if the ghost wanders out of its room even a little bit at a time, you won't get Freezing, even though it may be a Freezing ghost.
