Im not sure whats cause gmod to have this issue, Could be an bug where in a certain position NPCS will go broken, such the FTW weapons and The custom NPC Juggernaunt and his swep, its probably duo to engine limitation or gmod has never got a fix update for this,or they never knew about this bug.

i will post c1a0 video and i will do some tests there too. (No harm was did to the statue).
