Go Ask Alice... created originally by Phil McCrum was one of the 25 'best of the net' maps which made it into HoMM II Gold.

The map takes place in a wonderland world where the human player controls the red chess pieces, including a king. The goal is to defeat the white king from the other side of the 'chess board' without losing your own! Other pieces include a queen, knight, bishop and of course peasants. A lot of funny events can be found throughout this interesting map making featuring characters from the classic 'Alice in Wonderland' fairytale with a nice twist.
