Beverly Mendonca is a chess player from Goa, India. Beverly has talents which are simply amazing for someone of her age (17 years old). In 2018, we did an interview with her that was published on the ChessBase India channel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pIEFTGulYK0).

In the Covid-19 situation where things have come to a standstill and people all across the world are in grave difficulties, Beverly rose up to the occasion and wrote a song entitled "Go Corona Go". It's an amazing effort by the young talent. To do something of this quality without having any background in music production is simply amazing!

PS: The Mendoncas are a chess family. Beverly's brother Leon is one of the top youngsters of Indian chess. He is just 14 years old and is already 2500+ on the Elo scale!
