These areas took around 18 minutes to complete.

Was expecting potential trouble with the iron bridge segment but got it on my second attempt. I comitted suicide initially when I got to it, so 3 attempts technically. I wasted a rocket not knowing I had to pull the switch first for the guys to come down. When the last wave comes out you can leave the area. Use the items available.

The next segment with the cages seems tough though.
