Using this trick, you skip everything from first entering the hourglass room to solving its puzzle. In other words, the entire Chapter 11 and also most of the activities of Chapter 10. So, Kratos' trip to the Temple of Delphi proves to be a really short one in a speedrun.

First, go around the door so that you don't have to watch the Castor introduction cutscene. Then, activate the "aging cloud" or whatever is the official name. Quickly go to the left door and smash it, then jump on top of it, and from there jump on top of the lowered platform... and you're all set to smash the (invisible) hourglass. After that scene you're taken to the boss fight.

Just jumping down the elevator shaft doesn't work since nothing is loaded there - it looks like this scene has to be activated to proceed in the game. Also, don't go too near the hourglass when testing this because the game might crash... happened to me three times.

To note, Chapter 11 is omitted from the Chapter list if you do this skip on New Game.
