So, first there is a third glitchy way to utilize Poseidon's Tremble (air). After doing the attack, jumping at a precise time gives Kratos... you guessed it... Lenient Air Momentum!

LAM looks to be more useful in Ascension than in GoW III since with it you can make any jump that locks Kratos' momentum float you higher, like Shield Discard jump (and possibly Upgrade Jump, didn't test it yet). With LAM you have a way to do Upgrade Jump-level jumps even in NG+, which should allows some new skip possibilities. The timing for maximum height gain is precise, though...

The second new discovery involves the Sling. If you discard it in air, Kratos' air momentum resets... a rarity in this game! So basically you can make the Amulet / Ice high jump higher by resetting air momentum during the jump. You can also do this new jump variation by using the roll Ascension, resetting air momentum, then doing Lightning L1+T glitch to jump in air a 2nd time, almost resembling the classic high jump from God of War 1. This jump has a very situational use, if at all, but at least it's a new option now.

Yet, it's not high enough to do this small skip at the water wheel...

(Lightning L1+T glitch is this. Have full rage. Do the special move in air, then let go of L1 and T, then start holding T down again. Kratos tries to do charged version of L1+T, but it never works in air so the move fizzles up and Kratos can do a new jump.)
