Sigrun is a difficult boss if you don't have a high level armor set. If you see that her health is purple you need to level up your equipment. If your equipment level is too low many attacks will stagger or become unblockable. After trying for hours with a low level armor set, I was able to complete this fight on my first attempt with my upgraded Valkyrie Armor set even with a couple mistakes. Cool end/post game boss!
