Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters (aka Monster War, Super Famicom)
WARNING: This video is Rated R for....RARE!
Now to look at a lesser known gem in the Godzilla gaming archives. This is actually a sequel of sorts to an equally lesser known Godzilla fighter on the Turbo Duo CD console, called "Godzilla: Battle Legends". This Super Famicom game, which was never released in the west, was going to be titled "Destroy All Monsters", after the movie of the same name, but was instead given the generic title "Monster War". I think we can all agree that "Destroy All Monsters" is 100 times cooler!
This game isn't an amazing fighter, but if I had been able to play it as a child or teen, I would have loved it regardless, because it's Godzilla!
