This video shows the beginner and intermediate strats for grabbing this jiggy without using the Golden Goliath statue.

A few things to note about the intermediate method:
1) Because jumping over the swamp in talon trot makes you move slower, staying the air for a long period of time results in not making it into C-up in time. Instead, do a shorter hop and use the sliding motion to get into C-up for extra distance.
2) Rolling to the left is more important in this method because if the Dragunda pops up in front of you, it will prevent you from getting the distance forward needed to be able to be in range of the jiggy. Make sure you spawn him out of your way!
3) If you do not completely get popped out of the swamp, re-roll into the swamp and start again. You are required to be out of the swamp when you do your initial jump in talon trot or else you will be over the swamp and movement will be incredibly slow.
