During the Tobi-bound ship sequence, selecting various characters to row the boat will take you to Crossbone Isle instead of Tobi. However, if you bring up the World Map, it will say the location of the dungeon is not on the world map. Thanks to the power of Debug Mode and Walk through Walls on the world map, we're able to see the true location of the island.
