From what I've heard, Freedom Planet is very much inspired by both Sonic and Mega Man. Which, if that's the case, may mean that freedom Planet could be a mixed bag to me.
On the one hand, I absolutely love Sonic, with its high-speed energy and fun characters. But on the other hand, I can't stand Mega Man, and I don't think I'll get into why. Mostly because I partially don't know why I don't like that series.
Either way, I'm sure Freedom Planet is a fun game, and I'm glad people are enjoying its craziness.
Also, its logo really reminds me of NiGHTS.
