Gondola Skip Detailed Explanation / Tutorial
This is a more detailed explanation for Gondola Skip. This is one of my favorite tricks in the game that I mess up quite often. I believe I have a good understanding of the trick despite my issues with execution. So I decided to record myself talking over everything I have noticed and learned about the trick so that I can refer back to it (or send to anyone else that may need it). I may update this one as I get better at speaking and understand more.
I want to clarify something with the right stick camera movement. When you start the ground pound and move the right stick to the right you want to start turning the right stick to the left immediately when you start seeing the cave. Moving the camera (right stick) too much or too late will cause you to die late into the trick even if everything else felt right. Definitely focus on the timing and how much or too little you turn the stick.

I feel Josh's tutorial is more detailed than most and can be very helpful.

This tutorial has personally helped me the most. It is short and gets straight to the point which can be incredibly helpful when you make mistakes. I usually recommend this one if too much detail overwhelms you and you just need to basics to the trick.
