This is just a way for me to put the Feynman technique into practice while learning tricks in speedrunning. I demonstrate my way of performing the Spider Cave Boosted and hopefully, this can help others as well. But this was mainly for me to put my understanding into a condensed and straight to the point tutorial (demonstrating my understanding of the trick).

I definitely recommend slowing the video down so that you can see the execution and timing more clearly. The positioning on the wooden planks is important as well because it allows you to reset your momentum with a spin (without grabbing the blue eco) and then execute the boosted from a position where you are more likely to get a ledge grab (on the other wooden plank) since in that exact spot on the other side the plank sticks out further.

I may remake a more detailed explanation, but this video is straight to the point.
