Google Chrome Failed to Load Extension FIX.

When you start-up Google Chrome and an error message shows “Failed to load extension” Google Chrome expects a browser extension that does not exist anymore and throws the error message “Manifest file is missing or unreadable”.

The first thing you should have done is reinstalling Google Chrome. If this doesn’t work, you should follow this additional steps as described below.

First, we start with renaming the Google Chrome default folder in order to stop loading the browser extension that doesn’t exist anymore. If this doesn’t solve your problem, search for unknown Browser Extensions and reset Google Chrome.
