buying these pallets are luck of the draw and yes you will get defective and used items but I have never seen a pallet that was this bad ,

a amazon "fraud" item is when a customer buys a item exact same as they currently own and returns their defective unit ........

We will not list the name of this supplier right now as we are giving the the chance to correct this issue
