Golden Rule of Thumb - Always have a pity (200 pulls or 24,000 black crystals) before you do any pulls
The gameplay is easy to get resources but it is always important to know that BCM is gatcha game and you will be subjected to mercy of RNG. My rule of thumb is that I won't do any pulls until I can pity. If you are extremely unlucky, you may have to go beyond the pity (200 pulls) to get the stuff you want (see Newbie)
