Gotcha Force: 20th Force Bug Demo and Tutorial
This is a tutorial video about the 20th Force Bug in the GameCube game, Gotcha Force. It's a strange glitch that allows you to change one borg into a different borg, by manipulating the placement of borgs inside the Gotcha Box. It's considered a dangerous bug because your file could get messed up, so be careful using it.
Here are the steps to use the bug originally posted in English by Kano_Yugoro of GameFAQs:
1:Create a new gotcha force file on a memory card.
2:Go into force edit mode.
3:Take the normal ninja and put it on the 3rd,10th,11th, and 12th force.
4:Then go to the 20th force, and put G-red on the 23rd slot
5:Put the revolver gunman on the 15th slot.
6: go to an empty area on the gotcha box.
7: Hit A, you will hear a gotcha borg pickup sound.
8:Place this "invisible" borg on the normal ninja in the gotcha box.
-Here is where things get really screwy.
9: Borgs will appear in wierd areas.
10: Push B, and release the invisible borg.
11: Now on the 20th force, grab the normal ninja in the 24th slot.
12: Place that normal ninja where the g-red is in the 15th slot.
13: The 15th g-red should now be "grabbed"
14: press B to release this g-red.
15: Press A on an empty gotcha box space to pick up another invisible borg.
16: Move the cursor over the arrow ninja in the gotcha box, and hit A.
17: That arrow ninja should now be Galactic emperor.
18: Push B, and release that invisble borg.

By editing step #3, you can get different borgs. For example, place Normal Ninja on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 10th and 11th Force, and the end result will be the secret borg, G Black. You can do this to get all sorts of borgs, not just secret ones, here are the other borgs I used in this video:
2nd, 4th ,7th ,10th ,11th = Bug Witch
3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 12th = Death Eye
1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th = Cyber Machine GENBU
Check the message board at GameFAQs for more ways to get other borgs and more info concerning the bug:

Browsing their archives, I found an HTML file that fully explains the details of the bug, and how to utilize it fully. However, the detailed analysis is completely in Japanese and although I have learned a lot by studying it, I doubt I'll be able to use it well without translating it. I uploaded the HTML file to my webspace:
