I know people have a hard time finding these Gotham Most Wanted targets, and so was I. This video shows the way to identify them, knock them out and repeat till they no longer spawn. How do you identify them?
1. Gotham Most Wanted targets will have a wings icon above their head, that is how you identify them. Talons Gotham Most Wanted targets only have a wings icon above their head, no skull.
2. It is best to just knock out only your target, DO NOT complete the Criminal Activity. Grapple to the safe zone, and NEVER abandon the Criminal Activity.
3. Exit to Main Menu and re-enter (Continue) the game, and repeat the same method.
