I've been further tweaking the settings for this game, the purpose was to MAXIMIZE THE VISUAL QUALITY AS WELL AS KEEPING A PLAYABLE FRAME RATE(around 20 fps, sorry this game is really not well optimized, 20 is at its best to maintain such a visual quality) :

check video for in-game settings (recommend to enable motion blur, it actually make the game feel smoother)

for config files: No Man's Sky\Binaries\SETTINGS\
open TKGRAPHICSSETTINGS.mxml
set the line as below number:
Property name="TexturePageSizeKb" value="32"


Mods you need:
Half Shadow or Shadow and AO Tweaks
(https://www.nexusmods.com/nomanssky/mods/647)

Reshade: https://reshade.me/
the point of using Reshade, is to use Reshade's less expensive effects to simulate some more expensive effects in game. such as low quality AO, and some film filtering effects.
