Getting the S-licence unlocks the Event Synthesizer which will generate a championship based on the car you are driving.

It only seems to take power into account, so you can make it easier by fitting soft tyres and suspension/weight reduction.

I recommend just fitting hard slicks and for lower powered cars a muffler and computer upgrade for good races.

Played via Retroarch running the Beetle-PSX core.
Music is from the Forza Motorsport soundtrack.
