Finally had the time and will to investigate a bit into that, and I finally was able to change cars in license tests and even colors. Here I made a full custom license test complete with description text. Lap times were largely simplified to get an easy gold lol
With some practice I think is possible to get the time close to Tourist Trophy Challenge Mode tests here (1 minute and 44 seconds for near all bikes)
