Players who purchase the Standard Edition of Gran Turismo 7 on PS4 will be able to upgrade to the PS5 digital version for an additional cost. In the United Kingdom, Gran Turismo 7 was the best-selling game in its first week of release, and remained number one the following week. In Germany, more than 200,000 copies of the game had been sold by the end of March 2022.
