Summer Cupitan is one of first batch characters in summer 2023 (during March isn't counted) and she is dark element, but wait dark element again? we just got Y.Ilsa during March though.....

S.Cupitan is character who have main source of dmg from multi-hit skill damaging along with inflict debuff and have passive that related to debuff, first is raise arrow's lvl when ally use debuff skill and chance to activate s1 upon normal attack or ougi is depend on number of foes' debuffs, 10% per debuff I guess? although her normal attack and ougi dmg are just average standard character level

She is good to use at these condition
1.On fight that have hit count, deal skill dmg or debuff Omens
-though, with current content even without S.Cupitan you're find to clear them without problem if you have current dark Meta such as Lich, Fediel, HalMal and Rei

2.For FA if you want character that deal good amount of dmg and doesn't often ougi
-but still doesn't necesary and in FA with ougi on if her arrow lvl is 7 by using s1 on CD or passive wupon ally use debuff skill, she won't use her s2 on that turn but will be next turn instead

3.Doing 1 turn stuff like on 1st turn like EX+ or join the raid just to deal dmg just for 1 turn then find other room
-though, if you already have Lvl 150 Seox and 2 Agonize + Fediel Spine I think there should be no problem on 0 button 24m EX+ cuz dmg for EX+ is already overkill unless you want to reduce numbers of chain to 2. Also if you already have Ereshkigal, you don't need her for 24m EX+. For short fight with Eresh, if you intend to attack more than a turn, she also not recommended due using her s2 mean 3 chain ougi and you still stucked with turn lock

btw her Corrosion debuff is kinda rare cuz only characters who aside from herself can inflict this debuff in game are FLB Feower's s1 and Yurius's s4. What's special of this debuff is it have effect to lower foes' debuff resistance too

She may have with boss whose can remove debuff on self cuz her auto activate s1 chance will be depend on number of foes' debuffs so boss do self debuff remove mean chance of auto activate will be reduced too. Yes, on manual you can immediately reapply debuff right after debuff remove but in FA, this is thing that uncontrollable. The way to fix it is unremoveable permanent debuff, aka HalMal

If you ask me is she skipable, I would say yes. Her average dmg in long fight still lose and even she is good for deal skill dmg or debuff Omens, but already existed character also fine for that, for EX+ if you have Lvl 150 Seox or Eresh, pull value will also reduced.

Let's exclude Grand character for anni suptrix, if you ask me about anni suptrix her and you reason to get her isn't because just she is your waifu, I will recommend S.Magisa for long fight instead cuz Magisa dmg is even higher than Lich, having dispel and various buff include Veil. For short fight or burst will be Y.Ilsa
