You're in for a treat, here's part 1 of my modded remaster of GTA 4. Campaign wise, this is my personal favorite of the entire franchise and I just got back into modding this game after a few years. The base foundation I used for the mods I used was Gillian's Drag-and-Drop archive for version 1.0.8.0!
This modpack does a lot of stuff for the game including adding in TONS of bug fixes, optimizations, gameplay tweaks/enhancements, and lore-friendly graphics improvements like fixed texture flickering (z-fighting), better shadows, fixed depth-of-field effect (even for cutscenes), and more!
