Niko walks into Brucie's garage. Brucie and his assistant Lenny are working on a yellow and black Banshee that Brucie likes to call it "The Bitch" and his "Favorite Ride". Brucie didn't exactly tune the car well enough, causing it to not start.

With that, Brucie decides to borrow a unique yellow Comet from his friend and colleague, only known as Stevie or Steve. Niko drives Brucie to the location of the Comet parked. From here on, they will be in an illegal street race. At the race includes 2 Turismos, 2 Super GTs, and one Infernus.

The race finishes with Niko and Brucie winning. Afterwards, Niko drives Brucie back home to his crib. On the way to Brucie's apartment, Niko asks him what he does for a living and why he needs so many people killed. Brucie replies that he is a businessman that "makes things happen" and the reason for people killed is his mood of "juicing".

Once Niko discovers this, he no longer wants to work for Brucie anymore because he can't just feel like killing someone. Despite this, Niko will still hang out with Brucie as a friend after the mission. In exchange, Brucie allows Niko to keep the car and offer The Bitch to Steve.
