From "Robbing Uncle Sam". After you store all the crates in the EP Mule and head off, you get chased by Patriots that happen to be Heavy. All you have to do to obtain them is kill the drivers (so they don't drive away), and then kill Ryder to fail the mission. Then, the door will be hanging open for you to take.

The Heavy Patriot is only temporary because unlike in VCS or LCS, once you store a Heavy vehicle, the property doesn't get saved by the game. It just becomes a basic Patriot once the garage door closes, as seen in the video. But you can still have fun with it. Heavy vehicles have a certain property that make it easier to plow through traffic, but it does damage at a normal rate. Even though the Patriot isn't a very good vehicle to be Heavy. It tends to drive over vehicles and flip. Not as fun as I expected. A better Heavy vehicle to play with would be the FP/DP Rumpo from "Outrider". It's closer to the ground for better vehicle pushing, easy to obtain, and DP so it won't take damage from crashing.

At one point in the video, it caught on fire. Since this thing can't be saved, I had no problem putting in the Health cheat to repair it.
