From the mission "New Model Army". This is the second RC vehicle I've obtained from this bizarre method. I think it was originally founded by rtyuijhghff. Rhans has a slightly different method but I mostly followed the original method. It requires the "New Model Army" mission, an important phone call for OM0, a Trucking mission with a TIMER, the Quarry missions to be COMPLETE and on the mission where you clear the paths with the bulldozer, high enough muscle and driving skill, knowledge of undrowning CJ, and a Sawn Off Shotgun. Minigun helps too. Last but not least, patience.

Now then. Start Trucking while holding a phone call (hold the button to answer right as it rings as you enter the red marker). Let go of the button after you start to enter the truck. If done correctly, the red marker will reappear and the missions will appear on the mini map. So now, start Trucking on while holding the phone call AGAIN. The video isn't perfect. I mess up starting the second trucking mission on mission zero and have to let go of the L1 button after entering the truck.

But after you start the second instance, drive over to Unity Station and the Low Rider mini game. Now note that you don't want the phone to ring too close to him. If it does, he will walk away and never reappear, killing the process. But, enter the red marker in front of him and accept the mini game. The Low Riders will spawn, and be duped. Most of all, the timer won't be counting down anymore, but rather will be counting up. So attack one of the people at the Low Rider meet to fail it, and then head over to the 8 Track stadium.

Once you arrive, you're going to have to enter the 8 Track mission while holding the phone call again. Blow up your call to fail the mission and then HOLD that phone call until you get to the SF gym. I like to take the airplane to get there quicker. Once you get to the SF gym, enter the marker so the guy asks if you want to fight him. Then let go of the phone call. This will dupe all the guys in the gym. Be careful not to stand too far in the red marker, as then it will count you as entering it a second time, killing the whole process.

Head over to the SF airport, and get the ticket screen. Wait for your phone to ring again, and then hold it. Buy the ticket, and now the next bit comes down to timing. Say "Yes" the gym fight (right on the PS2 d-pad, y on a keyboard) about 1.5 seconds after you are seated in the airplane. If timed correctly, you'll be able to hop out AND be able to press the run/accelerate button. Get to Zero's and finally we can begin "New Model Army". Once it's started, wait until the game fades to black it will respawn CJ back at the SF airport in invisible San Fierro. You will also be controlling both CJ and the RC Goblin. You don't want the Goblin to explode, so you must hold the accelerate/run button (X on console), the button to rotate left or right (R2/L2) and holding the walk forward button (the left stick on console). This won't destroy the Goblin, but it will pain your fingers.

So now you must regain vision of the game world. Easiest way to do it is to run to the Driving School. This can be a bit tricky, but having the Photo Ops incomplete can help you find your way (and so will the nearby camera icon). Rhans has an alternate way of the set up which doesn't involve invisible San Fierro, but I prefer this old way. Once you regain vision of the real world, get over to Quarry while holding those buttons. You can take a plane to LV, or just run there. Either way, get to the Quarry and start the mission with the invisible red marker. The reason you want this mission is because the one with the bulldozer moving the bombs tended to either fail or crash the game, and the ones with the Dumper will just fail. The one I mentioned I believe is the first Quarry mission, and easiest to work with.

Now you don't have to worry about holding the buttons. So now you have to run to a spot where CJ will run under water. If you don't know a specific location, this can be tricky since the map won't be much help. Once you're under, run to the spot near Garver Bridge as seen in the video. Once you get close, skip the Quarry mission by pressing the "look behind" button (R3 on console). This will free the invisible RC Bandit from the invisible interior and it will drop from the sky into the water. Like I said, it's invisible. It will have a marker on the map, and a blue arrow over it the whole time (if that arrow vanishes, then that means the Bandit vanished). Satchels will help mark it, so make sure you have a few (try not to miss too much like I did. Made my job a whole lot more obnoxious). But now, you must shoot it out of the water and to a garage, either with sawn off shotguns or a minigun. The spot in the video is a good spot to get it out, and the Fort Carson garage is nice and close).
