for anyone who AFK to make easy passive money in gta, getting the nightclubs popularity up to max will net one about $250K / four hours of afk real time (and cargo will be about half full for another $300-400K worth of goods to sell)

tldr: just leave nightclub and re-enter and easy tiny job to deliver VIP to home/hospital will spawn or one gets to kick out a customer. once you do the task, just leave out of nightclub and re-enter to have a new one instantly pop up.

AFK at the LS Car Meet - Test Track. Just go into test track and then go to exit and leave game on the Enter\Exit LS Car Meet screen! Be sure to keep controller on charger and power save settings to not power off controller or enter power save for console.
