Your character can move, but cannot jump. Instead of jumping, he can grab the ceiling and pull himself up to it. You just have to go up to the exit, which is usually somewhere at the top of the level. There are also moving blocks in the level, blocks that turn moving blocks into non-moving blocks, and so on.
