5 – Head – This poured perfectly … the perfect beer … looks fantastic in the glass … the colour of the beer … the head floating perfectly … the beer catching the light … but it is so smashable the damn thing just vanishes down your throat …
6 – Presentation – I absolutely love the idea of the Illustrated Ale series … bringing local artists in to the craft beer scene … what a fantastic idea … merging two creative worlds …
