Man, this run i've just uploaded right here is the result of more than 50 tries, and still i choked in the second blast set, activated on the wrong OD activation and also missed in the final double bass because of frustration.
I've seen Brady's video and i was like "damn this song is super cool, plus im pretty sure i can FC it in a few runs". God damn how wrong i was.
Let's start saying that if i'd try to FC it again i know i would get it, there are no parts that i can't hit and i have the stamina for that double bass even without swiveling. The fact is that i shouldn't get so crazy while going for it, as it happened yesterday haha
You know, after a few tries my legs get warmed up so double bass gets easier, but my mental force start getting down and then i begin making random misses everywhere. Let's add also the fact that my hypersensitive kickpads added to a metal pedal beater, well that doesn't help my concentration lmao
I don't wanna become too long now, i just wanna say congrats to my man Brady for becoming such a huge beast at double bass and at this game.
In these last years i've always considered my-self as the best double bass player in Rockband, not for bragging but because i haven't seen other people fc'ing most of the stuffs i've done in my "50 First Ever Double Bass FC" list.
Well it's time to admit my defeat, and that's for sure.
Even if there is no much more competition on this game outside of some DLCs, it's always fun to try and FC some customs as well when possible.
Unless i'll learn how to swivel, i can't expect to become much better at playing than i am now.
Fact is that as for the double strokes with sticks, i still suck because i've never practiced those that much and outside the game, and that's my fault because sometimes i prefer to be lazy, killing all my progresses.
