Hello, Peter 47890 here/Sirus here and Im here to probably talk about one of the more unique IPs that have come out of Sony, well in terms of video games which is namely to say we’re going to talk about the Gravity Rush Series. Well this video is going to detail more about Gravity Rush 2. I suppose I should talk about my thoughts on the 1st gravity rush, I really liked it. I liked the charming presentation with both how the character designed and how the world is designed really did have that ghibli feel to it. More importantly in how studio ghibli presents technology in their films, I think I get the same feeling in gravity rush with there being a combination of steampunk and sweeping European architecture. I thought the characters was also incredibly charming, especially kat which I personally think is one of the most adorable characters I’ve seen without taking the cute factor too far with her bubbly and outgoing personality but also knowing when to be serious and to know when to do the right thing. I also loved how they implemented the gravity powers in the 1st game with it really providing a unique and fun way of how to travel the game. and is really one of the only open world game where the travling aspect of an open world game was a lot of fun, and all and all it was a really fun game. but now with gravity rush 2 out now, how does it fare? is it a sequel that builds what the original does or does it fall flat on its face? well that’s what Im here to discuss. so without further adeu, lets begin.

Summary:

Overall, Gravity Rush 2 is a pretty good sequel. It pretty much builds the foundations what the 1st game had and simply just improves upon that foundation rather than just doing a complete overhaul. though with that said, the things that you don’t like in gravity rush, you probably wont like in gravity rush 2, but if you’re a fan of the original gravity rush, I can really see you really enjoy what the 2nd game brings with there still being new additions to the systems in gravity rush 2 that it doesn’t feel like a total retrend of the 1st game. And Gravity Rush 2 overall is just a creative, charming, and unique game that I enjoyed playing form start to finish.
