With the Swamp behind him, Link skirts around Termina Field and keeps as far away from Clock Town as he can. The cloud of evil that hangs over the land may be showing some signs of waning after his exploits so far, but the dread and threat remains.

Out on Great Bay Coast, he finds a familiar sight: the land, the water, and all inhabitants twisted towards darkness or cowering in hidden places, doing all they can to escape its grasp.

And once again, the Great Fairy of Courage has transformed her sanctuary into a lair of malice, goading Link to advance and test his might…
