0Alright I did some math based on the last time cycles were reset in that vod and it looks like you could get those perfect cycles if you wait for like 5/6s at the title after resetting global cycles before starting your run

By "5/6s" I mean how consistent you are at the early game levels
6-7s maybe if you get a 1:04/2:25, 5-6s if you get a 1:03/2:24, 4-5s if you get a 1:02/2:23, etc
