Hey everyone! Today I show you a useful way to wrap your hands and wrists for the best support for those on a low as dirt budget. This method works well and supports your wrists and hands very well while supplying enough padding to prevent bruising.

I do tend to forget things while commentating but that will improve with time. Hope this was helpful.
