Track - California - Pebble Beach Drive
Car: Dodge Challenger

The car and track above were what I found to be the easiest to get the trophy / achievement. Any heavy car will do though as it can carry the flips easier. What you want to do is create a custom event using those settings and remember to put unlimited flashbacks on! As soon as you first reach the cliffs you will go back into a forest area, here is where the ramp is located. This place is perfect place to get the rolls as it is also downhill. The hardest part is getting the car to end up rolling down the hill.

It will take some time as it's purely luck based. Be prepared to attempt this for about half an hour.
