Complete all 43 of Artyom's hidden Diary pages.

There is a total of 43 collectibles in Metro Last Light. Collecting them all will reward you with the 'Published' trophy / achievement. None of them are missable, you can go back and clear any of the ones you missed via chapter select. Also as soon as you pick one up it saves so you don't need to go back and try and pick it up again if you die as it won't be there. There is a very long delay on the PS3 for the trophy to unlock so don't worry about it taking a while upon picking up the last one.
