In our evaluation of GRID Legends on Mac, our primary focus was on performance. Conducting tests at 1440p resolution with High Graphics settings and MetalFX set to Quality, the game impressively maintains a stable frame rate of around 60FPS, subject to variations depending on the specific map. Upon scrutinizing game footage from a PC equipped with an equivalent dedicated GPU, we noted comparable FPS levels, even without any upscaling on PC (it’s important to acknowledge that the PC footage in question dates back at least a year). This, combined with the variations in FPS across different maps, factored into our rating. Furthermore, we factored in our disappointment of Feral's omission of crucial information regarding the absence of multiplayer support, a key feature that significantly impacts the overall gaming experience. This omission is particularly disheartening, especially when contrasting it with titles like Baulder's Gate 3, that seamlessly integrate multiplayer. The absence of such a feature contributed to our decision to assign the game a 4-star rating. Regardless, this is a great port that will only get better with time! Enjoy!
