In my opinion, they look nearly same, nowday games just have some bloom and reflection effects, this is thanks to DirectX11 and their new toys to add such effects, nothing new really.
Considering that GRID is 2008, it sure looks good. i think it's time for game developers to make graphics more realistic, time to drop those shiny little toys and make graphics actually BETTER not shinier.
Anyway no doubt about it that GRID 2 and GRID Autosport look better, but not by much.
