On this video I show and explain how you can make ShadowPlay use RAM for shadow mode (temp files) instead of your HDD/SSD, this is extremely useful for ShadowPlay, because ShadowMode constantly records, imagine your HDD or SSD getting 1gb per minute write while you gaming, because that's what Shadow Mode is doing. It is highly recommended to use RAM for this as RAM is designed to withstand thousands of times more punishment (write/read) than any HDD / SSD.

Also in games, you probably gain few fps.
