If you are looking to complete all achievements in one playthrough then after the cutscene at the start, go into the menu and change the movement mode to Tank Controls for an achievement at the end of the game. I would recommend restarting the game and watching the first cutscene again after you have done this so it registers as tank controls for the whole game.

3:05 - Gain control of Manny, first chance to change movement mode to tank controls.
4:06 - Pick up the Deck Of Cards which will come in handy later.
7:27 - Speak with Eva about her past to unlock the first achievement. "What I did back in the fat days is none of your business. You know the rules."
7:56 - Click on the hole punch on Eva's desk to unlock another achievement. " Gets the aggressions, doesn't it?"
8:09 - Open the inventory and use the Deck Of Cards on the hole punch.
8:53 - Speak with Glottis about his purpose in this land for an achievement ("It's like I'm not happy unless I'm breathing in the thick, black, nauseating...") and then ask him to be your driver to forward the story. Only speak to him about being your driver after you have asked him about himself.
13:10 - Ask the clown about the balloon animals to get one, ask him to make you two dead worms and one Robert Frost.
14:50 - After speaking with the clown, scare him by selecting "BANG" to unlock an achievement. "Lousy, bony fingers!"
15:09 - Pick up the bread from the tent beside the clown.
15:50 - Head into Don's office through the window and change the setting on his computer to "Just sign it yourself"
17:16 - Open the inventory, select the work order and show it to Eva to forward the story.
19:18 - Speak to three people in the land of the living to unlock an achievement. " Scaring the living is technically against the rules. but we all do it."
25:57 - Use the two Dead Worm balloons, one on the red tube and one on the blue tube in the packing room.
26:47 - Pick up the Fire Extinguisher on the wall of the mail room.
27:25 - Open the inventory and use the balloons filled with the packing foam on the mail tube to forward the story.
29:08 - Click on the deadbolt on the door to the mail tube machine to stop it from closing.
30:49 - Ask Brennis how he got in the room to unlock an achievement. "I squeezed down one of these tubes, like a pixie!"
32:44 - Open the inventory and use the hole-punched card on the mail tube machine to forward the story.
35:55 - Keep trying to dig up some dirt on Meche to unlock an achievement. "Well, I could do something bad right now if that would help."
38:36 - Speak with the shadowy, the DOD run a crooked game and I intend to prove it to forward the story.
41:20 Speak with Salvador about his plot to bring down the DOD to unlock an achievement. "Precisamente, amigo."
43:01 - Speak with Eva about her involvement in the LSA for an achievement. "Join or die! Again!"
45:26 - Keep guessing Domino's password until Manny tries "Arrogant Fraud" for another achievement. ""ARROGANT FRAUD" doesn't work."
46:01 - Pick up the Hunk Of Coral from the drawer in Domino's office.
46:18 - Keep hitting the punchbag until the Mouthguard falls on the floor and then pick it up.
47:14 - Open the inventory and use the Hunk Of Coral on the rope to gain access to the roof.
48:37 - Use the Robert Frost balloon to scare the pigeons for an achievement. "Run you pigeons! It's Robert Frost!"
48:50 - Use the Robert Frost balloon on the bowl on the roof and then use the bread on top to scare the pigeons away.
49:47 - Pick up the Pigeon Eggs from the roof.
50:40 - Use the Mouthguard on the Fil-a-Dent machine, then open the inventory and use the mouthguard with Manny to create an impression of his teeth.
51:56 - Show the pigeon eggs to Salvador and the mouthguard to Eva to forward the story.
