GRIME (PC): Parting Shade DLC, Testing Coda Scythesword, All Dreamborn Set Variations.
21It's been a long time since I uploaded a video.
Originally, I intended to upload a NG+ run, but the differences were not enough, imo (other than the new boss). This video showcases the following:
- New area added as the final DLC, "Parting Shade". 0:00 - 35:44
- New weapon added in the DLC (Coda Scythesword) as well as a boss rush testing it. Spoilers: it's good, but really not. You can chain combos even if you dash/pull/etc, but it's pretty hard to chain attacks with everything going on in the fights. If you manage to do it, however... big damage. 35:45 - 1:14:21
- All Dreamborn set variations. Yes, you read that right. I had no idea there were multiple sets that you can obtain. You can only beat the secret boss once per NG+, so, essentially, you'd need to get to +11 NG+ to obtain them all. 1:14:22 - 1:25:00
I've heard the ports don't run as good as on PC, and, honestly, the PC version seems unpolished as of now. The game was much more smooth back on release. But it's still a pretty nice experience overall.
