Azbolg the Gaming Orc to give you a great tip for both PvP and PvE in Elder Scrolls Online.

Anyone can do it, costs a little bit of money, and effort, and you can create high level food that can give you increased stats to magical, stamina, and health. It is a must,

and when you get it, it's pretty cheap to maintain, and you'll wonder why you never did it in a first place.

When I was trying to level provisioning, or cooking in ESO, I ran into a problem. I was buying mats and recipes from the guild store, and I needed other mats to complete
Recipes but they were nowhere to be found.

Alas, with a little research, I found these simple NPCs called Grocers, and they sometimes hang around inns and you guy mats for gold instead of spending lots of time searching containers.

It takes about 15k gold to level provisioning, but you end up with extra mats you can sell, so it is probably like 10k gold at this point, but you get great passives from the

tree, such as making more servings, and making the servings last longer, so it is a must for most characters.

The tri stat food can increase all your attributes by about 250 for over 2 hours, and even last AFTER death. That's right, after death. This is why so many hardcore pvpers use this food.

So using the grocers can help you level this if you ignored this, or are coming back for the buy to play version of ESO. There are a ton of other good foods you can use even
If you aren't VR5, so there is really no excuse not to pick this skill line up.

Grocers are not well known by most players but here are the locates of a few:

Ebonheart Pact: Black-Silk-Earth in Davon’s Watch, Stonefalls. She’s at the northern part of the Market District.

Aldmeri Dominion: Samardan in Vulkhel Guard, Auridon. He’s near the docks by the merchant stall.

Daggerfall Covenant: Jafrost Cold-Eye in Betnikh. She’s at the Dockside Trading Stalls


Alliance: Daggerfall Covenant
Location: Wayrest, Stormhaven
Building: Cloudy Dregs Inn
NPC: Miramel Lemaitre (First Floor, wandering between the cooking fire and the bar).


There’s a Grocer in Redfur (Grahtwood Vet Zone) that sells a lot of the Level 5 Prov items.

There are three high end or tri stat foods you can obtain, the recipes cost around 3-5k gold.

VR 5 Soup & Stew Consummate Honey Pudding Increase Max Health, Magicka, & Stamina by 257 for 2
hours 5 3 Honey Comb Imperial Stock Onion Potato Tomato

They are: Consummate Sweetroll, Consummate Honey Brittle, and Consummate Honey Pudding.

Some of the mats are semi rare to find, like pepper, but if you have the passive ability to get ingredients from a helper, this can help get you this, and remember, you're making 4 servings, or over 8 hours’ worth of stat increases if he finds one, because most of the other mats are cheap.
