Grounded: Quickstart for new players | Getting the Insect Axe
Grounded is releasing to version 1.0 on September 27th. Here is a quickstart guide for new players to get you started for its full release. The first order of business: get the upgraded Insect Axe.
I played Grounded a few times back when it first came out. After 2 years of early access, they're finally releasing the full version!
Today's video will be an early tour and guide for new players. One of the first big goals when you get started with this game is the Insect Axe as it allows you to chop down weeds which are used to build all the important things in your base.
If you take my advice by changing the default settings when creating a new game, keep in mind that this may disable getting any achievements.
This video is also helpful for those having trouble with lady bugs and bombadier beetles. Stay tuned for the end of the video for a neat trick!
