It's time to get some Tier 3 weapons and armor. The first ones you'll get are from the Sandbox. Antlion armor also gives you some sizzle protection, which will allow you access to Everchar Coal Chunks near the BBQ spill
When you want to start exploring the upper yard, it's important to prepare yourself a little bit. The Antlion armor gives you more protection, which should help with the new creatures you will encounter. It also provides sizzle protection which allows you to freely explore the sandbox during the day, and allows you to get close to the burning charcoal.
EverChar Coal Chunks are important because they allow you to craft the oven. The oven is important because it allows you to upgrade items past level 5, and it gives you access to the globs that a lot of good weapons require.
Not only will tier 3 weapons and armor help you out in the upper yard, but enemies are going to start getting significantly tougher, and you'll need those elemental globs to do extra damage against the creatures you'll face
