Steps.
1. Install Fifa Manager 2013 or Fifa Manager 2014 (If you don't own Fifa Manager 2013 get it super cheap, here: http://bit.ly/2UC2rhi)
2. Download from https://www.moddb.com/mods/fifa-manager-19-season-2019/downloads
3. Install universal converter database season 2020 through exe file (season2019-installer.exe and FIFA_Manager_-_Pre-Season_2020.exe).
4. Run the game through Manager.exe
Troubleshooting:
1. Game does not start
a. Rename the exefile to Manager..exe
b. If that doesn't work change it back and enable compability mode windows 7
c. If none of the above options work go back to original setting for the exe file and
rename d3d9.dll to winmm.dll
2. Language is set wrong
- Enter local.ini file and change language_override to one of the available languages Polish, French, English, German, Italian and Spanish (pol, fre, eng, ger, ita, esp).
