So this video is just a test animation. I am trying to learn how to animate the old school way with paper. I used Grunkle Stan from Gravity Falls as my test subject; because I enjoy the way his face moves when talking. I also wanted to do a simpler art style. I take no credit what so ever for the character in this short. I am just looking for feedback on my first ever animated short.
